I have been teaching 5th grade since 2012. I grew up in Rising Sun and currently live in North East with my husband. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going to the beach, and reading! I am a fan of Harry Potter, the color green, coffee, and the O's!

Mrs. Amy McDowell
I am so excited to begin my elementary teaching career at Rising Sun Elementary School. I live in Rising Sun with my husband and three boys: Wyatt, Levi, and Bryce. We are very involved in the community and many of you will know me from the baseball fields. I love teaching as it allows me to utilize my creative side. In my free time I love to spend time with my family, especially if I am watching them play a sport, and I love to read. My favorite color is pink and I absolutely love Dunkin' coffee.

Mrs. Jessica Weaver
I've been teaching 5th grade since 2005; teaching math is my favorite! I live in Delaware with my husband and two boys, Jake and Jordan. I love spending my free time with them at the baseball fields or doing seasonal activities together as a family! I'm a Philadelphia sports fan, lover of Broadway, enthusiastic trip planner, and my favorite color is lime green!

Mrs. Sarah Yedinak
I'm so delighted to be back at RSES for my sixth year. I received my teaching degree from Towson University and I am excited to start my graduate program this year with Towson University again.
I love to read and have a blast teaching reading! I spend all school year making a list of books to read in the summer and try to read as many as I can once summer comes. Get ready to read and discuss this year!
