Hello Parents and Students!
I’m excited for another school year to begin. This will be my 23rd year teaching 4th grade at RSES. I love teaching Math and I’m
excited to be teaching 4th grade again this year with my amazing teammates! I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from
Towson University and a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Wilmington University.
I also have two sons who are both successful and productive products of the Cecil County Public School system. I am proud to
work for CCPS and I know that we will learn and grow tremendously this year. I look forward to working with and getting to

Mrs. Natalie Finley
Hello! I am so excited to be teaching fourth grade again this year. I have proudly taught fourth grade at Rising Sun Elementary
School for the past 20 years, and I continue to love helping my students learn, grow, and build confidence every day.
As a former Rising Sun Elementary student myself, I also attended the local middle and high schools before earning my
bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland and my master's degree from Towson University. It is truly special to teach
in the community that helped shape me.
Teaching is my passion, and I cherish the relationships I build with my students, whom I affectionately call my "Finley Frogs." My
goal is to create a classroom where every child feels welcomed, supported, challenged, and excited to learn.
Outside of school, I enjoy gardening, practicing yoga, cooking, and spending time with my husband, Patrick, and our beautiful
daughters, Sasha and Sage. Our family also includes two chonky cats, a hedgehog and a fish.

Hello everyone! My name is Kimberly Yaun and I am a fourth grade language arts teacher. I have been teaching at Rising Sun Elementary School since 2005 and before that I taught in Baltimore County for two years. I live in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania with my two energetic children and fantastic husband. When I'm not at school I love playing games with my children, visiting museums, reading, and practicing yoga. I believe every child should be valued and treated with respect. I love my job and I love empowering children with education!
