Mrs. Jessica Dickens

           Hello, Rising Sun Families! I am excited to be joining the RSES team this year as the ELD (English Language Development) Teacher. 
           This will be my 9th year teaching. Before coming to teach for CCPS, I taught for Montgomery County Public Schools. I received my
            undergraduate degrees as well as my M.Ed. from the University of Maryland, College Park. Go Terps!! I live in Harford County with
            my husband as well as our dog, Ace, and our cat, Franklin. A few things I enjoy doing outside of school include spending time with
            friends and family, going to concerts, reading, and trying out new restaurants. I am looking forward to a fantastic school year here
