It is with great pride and excitement that I am able to continue my position at Rising Sun Elementary as the Assistant Principal. I am honored to be in this position, and am looking forward to working with Mrs. Isaac in making this a great school year!
I have spent my professional career working with elementary school students. This is my third year as an administrator at Rising Sun. Previously, I was a classroom teacher and Title I Resource Teacher at North East Elementary for 18 years.
When I’m not at school, my family and I LOVE visiting the beach, hiking, and attending professional baseball games. I have a son in middle school and a daughter in elementary school. Both attend schools in Cecil County and my husband and I are proud former CCPS graduates as well. It’s an exciting opportunity to give back to the school system that has given so much to us.
